After a good start, Ramotswa Killer Giants have undergone a serious slump that threatens their hopes of promotion to the Premier League. The Ramotswa side was once a red hot favourite for promotion but as the MedRescue First Division South progressed, they have failed to maintain the tempo, falling 12 points behind log leaders and former Premier League giants, Mogoditshane Fighters.

Killer Giants have suffered three consecutive defeats and virtually lost hope of thwarting Fighters' charge for a quick return to the Premiership. The two sides meet this weekend in Ramotswa in a must -game for Killer Giants. Sebatana have lost their last two games at home and their Siga Primary School Ground is no longer the slaughterhouse it was once.

With the string of poor results, Killer Giants' supporters might be losing patience as they have now become a laughing stock in the village. The arrival of some experienced players in Thatayaone Bagoleng, Trevor Moiseraele and Malebogo Ntebogang has not helped them as they have failed to deliver the goals. But what has gone wrong at Killer Giants?
