Botswana Rugby Union (BRU) affiliates are preparing to pass a motion of no confidence against the executive committee at Saturday’s annual general meeting (AGM).

The motion comes at a time when the Union is going through turbulent times, which has seen the successive resignation of two presidents. Two years have passed without an AGM with the last one held in 2016.  The previous meeting flopped, as there was no quorum.

UB Rhinos chairperson, Thatayaone Malele said affiliates should unite and pass a motion of no confidence against the executive.
