FRANCISTOWN: Former schoolhead of Mmei Junior Secondary School (JSS) Stephen Pabalinga has appealed to the Ministry of Basic Education (MoBE) to recognise the late former minister of Education Kebatlamang Morake’s role in the development of education in Botswana.

He made the appeal recently during the schools’ 30th anniversary celebration.

Pabalinga said that MoBE should remember the part played by the late Morake and former chief education officer Gogoa Kgomanyane in the construction of junior secondary schools.
