F/town-Tonota road makes slow progress

FRANCISTOWN: Though the Francistown-Tonota Road was declared 16 percent behind schedule at the beginning of this year, there has been a marked improvement so far, Mayor Kgalajwe has said.

“The latest information shows that it’s behind by six percent, an improvement of 10 percent,” he said.

The tender for the upgrading of Tonota- Francistown road to dual carriageway standard was awarded on August 31, 2012.
