Marumo joins Bay United

Zebras' goalkeeper, Modiri Marumo has joined South African First Division side Bay United. The BDF XI custodian spent last week in Benoni for trials with his new club.

The Port Elizabeth outfit wrapped up its pre-season preparations in Benoni last week for the NFD league kick-off this weekend. The gifted shot-stopper left for Port Elizabeth, South Africa yesterday afternoon to link up with Bay United.

Zebras' coach, Stanley Tshosane said they hope he would return after the weekend to join the national team to prepare for the African Cup of Nations qualifier against Togo on September 4.
