Rwanda: Govt closes '700 unsafe, noisy churches'

Most of them are small Pentecostal churches. One mosque was also closed.
A government official told the BBC that some of the more than 700 buildings shut down have already reopened after they were approved by inspectors.
Acting Agriculture Minister, Edwin Dikoloti, is right in saying opening an export-ready facility whilst Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is still spreading would risk getting the whole country blacklisted before a single carcass leaves the door.A ban like that would break the already stressed nation.
