Google 'must delete links on request' because you have the 'right to be forgotten', says EU court

The European Union Court of Justice said links to "irrelevant" and outdated data should be erased on request.
The case was brought by a Spanish man who complained that an auction notice of his repossessed home on Google's search results infringed his privacy.
It is not uncommon in this part of the world for parents to actually punish their children when they show signs of depression associating it with issues of indiscipline, and as a result, the poor child will be lashed or given some kind of punishment.
