Just a few weeks after the end of the 2021/2022 football season, some Botswana Premier League (BPL) sides are already making their intentions clear about their plan next season.

Gaborone United (GU) dominated the show last season, winning the league title and the Orange FA Cup. Immediately after the end of the season, Masitaoka announced the release of a number of players including once feared striker, Patrick Kaunda.

After doing relatively well as new comers in the elite league, the Molepolole side look set to freshen up their squad to help them improve on last season’s performance. Although they are still embroiled in boardroom wars with the Botswana Football League (BFL) as well as the Botswana Football Association (BFA) over Onkarabile Ratanang saga, Township Rollers are said to be looking to beef up their team after failing to win a silverware last season.
