A week after the two warring factions at Mochudi Centre Chiefs agreed to smoke the peace pipe, a P6 million lawsuit is reportedly on the horizon, Mmegi Sport has learnt.

The Kgatleng giants have been, for months, embroiled in an ownership battle between the company, Mochudi Centre Chiefs (Pty) Ltd and the Mochudi Centre Chiefs society.

The two parties’ war reached the courts of law to determine the legitimate club leadership with the club’s training and match day venue, River Plate ground locked up by the society.
