After being at the helm of the Botswana Bowling Association (BAA) for more than 15 years, Kitso Robert will step down from the role next month. Robert had retired in 2021, and the late John Gaborutwe took over. Following Gaborutwe's death, Robert returned to the position.

MmegiSport understands that Marea Modutlwa and Ookeditse Lekang, who have both served under Robert, have raised their hands to replace him.

The two candidates are members of the Gaborone Bowls Club.
