Curtains on the First Division South League will come down over the weekend with a special moment for the champions, Prisons XI, billed for this afternoon in Jwaneng. The Warders were declared champions in the last round of matches played a fortnight ago, following their 1-0 win over Holy Ghost.

This afternoon, they take on Jwaneng Young Stars at Galaxy Stadium, where they will officially be crowned and handed over the league trophy.

Led by Kaelo ‘Digger’ Montwedi and assisted by former player Tatenda Mbikiwa, the Warders kicked off their season on a low note before they shifted gears and showed their true intentions.
