The Botswana Football Coaches Association (BFCA) is mulling over introducing a minimum wage bill for the coaching professionals.

The BFCA is an establishment that looks after the interests and welfare of football coaches practicing in Botswana.

BCFA technical director, Kaelo ‘Wire’ Kaelo has said the association is looking to improve the livelihood of coaches with the proposal of introducing a minimum wage.
