This year's seating is held under the theme, "Re-Imaging Botswana Football." The AGM has a different twist as for the first time it includes a panel discussion. The panel discussion is to focus on topics such as 'Commercialistion of Botswana, The right moment' and Future of Botswana-Are we there yet.' The panelists include, former BFL chairperson, Peter Kesitilwe, Chiefs' president, Stanton Fredericks, Ronald Modikana, GU president, Nicholas Zakhem, Tumelo Toteng and lastly former Botswana Football Association (BFA), president Maclean Letshwiti.

In his opening remarks, the club's chairperson, Victor Kobe said Mochudi Centre Chiefs intends to bring an AGM with focus on the issues pertaining to the development of football clubs in the country while also seeking solutions to problems faced by the local clubs administravely. Kobe said the new AGM direction would also aid Chiefs to better themselves as they stride towards commercialization of the club and local football in general. He added that this is the model Chiefs would adopt in their yearly meetings going forward.

For his remarks, former BFA president and lifetime Chiefs' supporter, Letshwiti advised Chiefs to look for a managing model that would work to the best of the club's interest.
