The High Court in Lobatse on Friday ruled that the case in which two parallel management committees are fighting for the control of Mochudi Centre Chiefs will not be treated as an urgent matter.

The Kgatleng giants are currently facing internal bickering between the society and the company, Mochudi Centre Chiefs (Pty) Ltd.

The society, led by chairperson Victor Kobe, filed a case at the High Court challenging the legitimacy of the company, which currently runs the football team. Their argument is that during the club’s transformation efforts, some vital stages and processes were not followed in attaining the company status.
