Fitness comeback: The challenge targets personal transformation

As the country prepares to celebrate 60 years of independence, veteran fitness trainer Victor Leshomo is calling on Batswana to mark the milestone by embarking on their own personal transformation.

He encouraged those who have not been training to take part in the 60 Days to 60 Botswana Celebrities and 60 Years of Independence Challenge. Speaking to MmegiSport, Leshomo said the initiative is aimed at helping people who have fallen out of their fitness routines or have never fully embraced an active lifestyle. "This is a comeback challenge. If you have not been training for the last three years, this is for you. "It is an opportunity to transform your body, build your confidence and create a lifestyle that you can sustain into the future. Fitness is life," he added.

The challenge, which runs from August 1 to September 30, will accommodate 60 participants aged between 18 and 65.
