Speaking at a recent BBA event in Gaborone, Mokgwathi said the programme could entail conducting community projects or hosting clinics in schools to raise awareness. The women's league, which has struggled to retain teams, has six teams competing instead of four last year.
Francistown-based Splinters and Panthers are the latest to join the league.
