Wanderers player dies in car accident

PALAPYE: Just two days after the devastating death of Sua Flamingoes player, Lovemore Murirwa, the local football fraternity has been plunged into further mourning following the passing on, of Morupule Wanderers’ Lesego 'Ricalmer' Matoteng, who perished in a car accident early Monday.

Murirwa also died in a car accident on Friday, just a few kilometres from Sua Town where he was returning from Francistown.

Matoteng, born in Tumasera, met his fate in Radisele as he was driving from Palapye. Palapye Police Station Traffic Officer assistant superintendent Ntshesane Rammapudi confirmed the accident.
