Swapping of players and coaches

This should be halted if we want to see our soccer move towards professionalism.

Premier League teams continued with the chopping and swapping of coaches. Clubs seem to be playing see-saw with desperate foreign coaches, notably Zimbabweans and Zambians who are in abundance on Premier League Club benches.

After winning the league and Coca-Cola Cup with Rollers, who would have thought Zimbabwean Rahman Gumbo would cross over to rivals Mochudi Centre Chiefs? Surprisingly, Rollers replaced Gumbo with Zambian Wesley Mondo who had just been shown the 'red card' at Chiefs. What! Are we serious we want to move forward? Do we actually think a coach can transform a team to championship material in less than a year, no way! Apart from coaches, there are also some desperate foreign players who want to take advantage of our league and make some money without even considering the contracts they signed with the respective sides.
