With the focus of the world currently in Russia for one of the most unpredictable World Cups ever, national champions, Township Rollers and last season’s runners up, Jwaneng Galaxy have been busy locally.

The two giants have shown their early intentions in the transfer market with several big name signings.

Following their raid on city rivals, Gaborone United (GU) for the services of three key players; Tumisang Orebonye, Thatayaone Ditlhokwe and Jackson Lesole, Rollers last week secured another big name player in Mothusi Cooper from extension Gunners. The exciting nippy midfielder has been a revelation for Gunners last season and was voted the man of the match against Rollers in the league encounter last season.
