Reikeletseng rubbishes AUSC report

The chairperson of Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC), Solly Reikeletseng has come out with guns blazing and rubbished reports made by the African Union Sports Council (AUSC) Region V.

The organisation has insinuated that Botswana was not eligible to vote in the elections for the secretariat that were held last month in Swakopmond, Namibia.

Other countries that did not vote in the elections were Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe because they are not in good standings with the region. Six countries; Angola, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, South Africa and Swaziland were eligible to vote. Reikeletseng said Botswana has paid everything and does not owe anything.
