The Botswana Premier League (BPL) chairperson, Walter Kgabung has disclosed that the chief executive officer, Bennett Mamelodi’s contract will be renewed. Mamelodi’s current contract elapses in November and there were strong reports he might leave the Premier League for greener pastures.

He said they have a meeting on September 4 where they will approve the new strategy, which will pave way for the CEO’s contract renewal.
