Pool club docked points, paves way for cash pay-out

The Botswana Billiards Confederation (BBC) has docked Matsubutsu Pool Club two points for using an unregistered player against University of Botswana (UB) in the inaugural season.

The UB had lodged a protest against Matsubutsubu for using players who were not eligible to play, which forced the cancellation of the BBC pool prize giving ceremony three months ago. The clubs have been complaining of the delays in receiving their prize monies.

The decision means UB leap over Matsubutsubu into second position while the accused drop to number three.
