Only 11 members turn up for Hotspurs AGM

FRANCISTOWN: Mahalapye Hotspurs leadership has been left worried after their elective annual general meeting (AGM) failed to take place recently as the gathering failed to form a quorum.

The outgoing secretary general, Kebonye Tau said only 11 members bothered to attend last weekend’s meeting, which prompted the postponement. 

“We could not carry on and we had to reschedule the AGM to next week because 11 members cannot take decisions for over 400 people,” he said.
