Netball team starts World Championship Preparations

The Botswana senior netball team will go into camp next week to start preparations for the World Netball Championships which will be held in Singapore in July.

The team qualified for the tournament after African qualifiers held in South Africa last November. 

National coach, Seipeng Galesiwe, is worried that her charges may not get enough time to prepare for the tournament as some of her players are employed and will not be able to be released from work to attend training camps. Galesiwe said they have since resorted to organising weekend training camps.
