Netball sponsorship galvanises Teams

FRANCISTOWN: Botswana Netball Association (BONA) northern region spokesperson, Benson Ntereke has said the new P1.2million Spar sponsorship has raised stakes in the game.

Last month, Spar announced a P1.2million sponsorship much to the relief of BONA that has struggled to secure league backers in the past.

Ntekere said they have not encountered any hitches in the north although some teams fail to honour fixtures."The league started well and up to now we have not encountered any problem. The teams are showing determination to win the league," said Ntereke.

The Projects Magazine today launched The Future of Mining Summit, set to become the country’s premier mining conference. The event is scheduled for 12th and 13th of June 2024, at Boipuso Hall, Fairgrounds in Gaborone.
