Netball players hail Singapore sojourn

It was not just an all expenses paid holiday for the four Botswana players who went on a recent attachment to Singapore Premier Netball League.

The young netballers returned home last month after they got invaluable exposure in the Asian country. The four players are Notwane’s Sarona Hans, Hildah Binang (BDF Cats), Letang Mogotlhwane  (Jungle Queens) and Violet Oneile (UB Crystals).

Hans who at 16 was the youngest, said they gained invaluable experience in the six team Singapore league.  “We have learnt so many things,” she said.  Hans has learnt how she can up her game in terms of defending and attacking.
