BDF XI's Otlantshekela Mooketsi scored the winning goal of the match against Miscellaneous

Exciting BDF XI left back, Otlantshekela Mooketsi’s stunning free kick in the second half was enough to seal a 1-0 victory over Miscellaneous at SSKB Stadium on Saturday. The goal sent Miscellaneous further into the relegation zone, while BDF XI returned to the second position on the log standings.

After losing 1-0 to Extension Gunners a fortnight ago, Matebele were expected to come with all guns blazing against Miscellaneous, but it was not to be.

Played under a scorching sun, the game failed to live up to expectations with few goal-scoring opportunities created. Miscellaneous seemed to have done their assignment and frustrated BDF XI in the midfield with their danger men finding little spaces to maneuver.
