Moghul lift Twenty 20 Cricket Cup

The all-conquering Moghul Cricket Club once again showed their supremacy in Gaborone cricket by edging past Mall Motors by one run in a nailbiting finish in the final of the GCC Twenty20 final at the Gaborone Cricket Club on Wednesday night. After adding another feather in their cap, Moghul have proved they are the true 'moguls' of Gaborone cricket.

GCC hosted a Twenty20 tournament, which started in the first week of February and attracted 20 local teams.

Winning the toss and electing to bat, Moghul opened their innings with star performers Faizal Rana, the GCC Twenty20 Batsman of the Year 2010, and his left-handed partner Feroz Gaswala. Faisal hit the second ball of the innings to the stands for six, marking the beginning of an exciting evening.
