SELEBI-PHIKWE: Nico United held its awards ceremony on Saturday and as expected, prolific striker, Master Masitara was the biggest winner on the night.

Masitara walked away with the Players' Player of the Season and the Top Goal Scorer Awards, which left him P1,000 richer. Masitara had a dream season in which he finished as the country's joint top goal scorer with 18 goals.

Underrated defender, Letsweletse 'Ace' Seane was voted the club's Player of the Season and got P500. Coaches, Madinda Ndlovu and Peter Muchina got the Chairman's Award after being nominated together with utility player, Eric Molebatsi. Chrispen Nyamutambo was voted the club's best goalkeeper ahead of Murambiwa Ndlovu who should count himself unlucky for missing the cut. Ndlovu relegated Nyamutambo to the bench during the course of the season.
