Makgwengwe dismisses Africa's World Cup chances

Botswana Football Association (BFA) technical director, Philmon Makgwengwe does not see an African country progressing beyond the quarter- finals of this year’s World Cup.


He attributes Africa’s slow progress to failure to have strong development structures. He says it is going to take time before an African country proceeds to the semi-finals of the World Cup.
