Kowa Inducted into Hall of Fame

Uniao Flamengo Santos owner, Matshidiso Kowa was among the five people inducted into the second installment of the Botswana Sports Hall of Fame last Thursday night.

Kowa together with France Mabiletsa, Andrew Mokoto, Olebile Masire and Ray Molomo were honoured at a ceremony hosted by the Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC).

Kowa is a former national team goalkeeper and was one of the founders of Mochudi Centre Chiefs. He went on to form another team, Flamengo Desportos which later merged with Gabane Santos to become Unaio Flamengo Santos.
