FRANCISTOWN: Newly-elected TAFIC chairperson, Carlos Sebina has said there is a lot to be done to turn around the fortunes of the once mighty club. Although he wants to play his cards close to his chest, the Francistown businessman has promised to create a strong foundation during his two-year tenure that will ensure long-term sustainability.

TAFIC has just been relegated from the BTC Premiership, after one season stint.

“The reason the club has been alternating between the First Division and the Premier League is that it does not have a strong foundation. Many teams tend to ignore the administrative side and focus on the technical aspect (aiming for promotion),” Sebina said.
