The senior men and Under 19 boys’ cricket teams have started preparations for the upcoming international tournaments in Malawi and South Africa respectively.

The senior men’s team is preparing for the Southern and Central Region T20 tournament to be held in Malawi in May while the Under 19 team participates in the Division Two Africa World Cup qualifiers.

“Both teams have already started preparations for their respective tournaments. They are both coached by national team coach, Joseph Angara,” the Botswana Cricket Association (BCA) fixtures and publicity secretary, Sumod Damodar said.
