GU fans will only know the fate of their committee on March 17
The ruling, originally scheduled for January 27, was postponed again this past week to March 17.
High Court judge, Leatile Dambe was scheduled to deliver the ruling on Friday but moved it to two weeks later. The issue started when some disgruntled GU supporters took the club to court challenging the legitimacy of the current leadership led by chairperson, Rapula Okaile.
Whilst celebrating milestones in inclusivity, with notably P5 billion awarded to vulnerable groups, the report sounds a 'siren' on a dangerous and growing trend: the ballooning use of micro-procurement.
