FRAFA Independence Cup Receives P65,000 Sponsorship

FRANCISTOWN: Francistown Regional Football Association (FRAFA) recently unveiled a P65,000 sponsorship for this year’s Independence Cup courtesy of two local business moguls.

The two World Group of Companies businessmen, Farouk Sadar and Samuel Mpuchane will be sponsoring the tournament in their individual capacity. Of the P65,000, Sadar has contributed P45,000 while Mpuchane has thrown in P25,000.

Sadar’s company, Wheels Motor Spares, donated a ball to each of the 39 teams that will be taking part in the cup. The winners of the 31 men’s teams will walk away P16,000 richer with runners-ups and third place pocketing P8,000 and P5,000 respectively.
