Chief executive officer of the Botswana Premier League, Thabo ‘Stiles’ Ntshinogang has urged fans to always purchase tickets early after the chaotic scenes that marred the game between Mochudi Centre Chiefs and Township Rollers at the UB Stadium on Saturday night.

The match kicked-off 30 minutes late as thousands of supporters were still stuck outside by the time the game was supposed to start.

Police had to monitor entry points to avoid a stampede, as some fans reportedly gained free entry.
