When they disappeared out of sight at the giant FNB Stadium a fortnight earlier, Township Rollers had walked through the Kaizer Chiefs storm with just a bruise. But, two weeks later, a perfect script folded in anti-climax as Staff Writer, MQONDISI DUBE was among a crowd that dejectedly trooped out of the National Stadium

Township Rollers were expected to craft a perfect response going  into the return leg of their CAF Champions League tie against Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday.

But at the end, the game petered out into a damp squib, deflating a bellowing National Stadium crowd.
