Zebras began their campaign for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals with a 2-1 defeat to Tunisia on Saturday night. Zebras have been drawn in a tough group, which include two other powerhouses, Senegal and Egypt.

On Saturday night, captain Joel Mogorosi put Zebras in front following a good move featuring experienced midfielder, Mogogi Gabonamong. Mogorosi received a pass from Gabonamong and stunned the home crowd at the Stade Mustapha Ben Jannet just before half time.

The Zebras absorbed a lot of pressure as Tunisia searched for the equaliser, which finally came from Wahbi Khazri’s stunning free kick in the second half.
