ECCO to venture into property business

FRANCISTOWN: ECCO City Greens facing financial challenges will in future acquire pieces of land around Francistown and develop them into property for survival, the club’s secretary general Moses Jackson has said. The development will enable ECCO to generate its own funds to cover operational costs.

ECCO lost its sponsorship deal with Botswana Meat Commission (BMC) in October last year alongside BMC FC.

Botswana Meat Commission dumped the two clubs arguing that the meat processing entity wants to focus on its core business.
