Cricket clinics pay dividends

Botswana Cricket Association (BCA) development manager, Girish Ramakrishna has said their junior training clinics are bearing fruit, two years ago after they were established.

The clinics are meant for both government and private primary schools but they have been dominated by the former.

The training sessions are held every Saturday at the Gaborone Cricket Club (GCC). They were initially open to all youngsters but focus has since turned to those with potential.
