Chiefs go down to Tafic

When the season kicked-off, Mochudi Centre Chiefs was one of the favourites to win the Be MOBILE Premier League title. But after suffering a second defeat in five games, there are doubts whether Magosi are serious contenders.

A shock 2-0 loss to Extension Gunners a fortnight ago was followed by a 1-0 humbling by struggling TAFIC at the Francistown Stadium on Saturday.

TAFIC scored through a penalty from  Clarkson Dzimbiri at the death of the game. Chiefs' supporters are pressing panic buttons considering that the likes of ECCO City Greens, Township Rollers and Gaborone United have been picking maximum points with ease.  But there is one man who still believes that it is too early to write Magosi off.
