BNSC awards moved to June?

The annual Botswana National Sports Council (BNSC) awards that are normally hosted in March or April have been moved to June, a source has revealed.

The postponement is said to have been informed by the retrenchment exercise at the council. The sports mother body is said to be focusing its time and energy on downsizing, a process that is expected to end in June.

However, BNSC chief executive officer (CEO) Percy Raditladi did not take kindly to the allegations about the event being moved.
