BFA Campaigns Gain Momentum

There was no outright winner during the televised Botswana Football Association (BFA) presidential debate on Saturday, although incumbent, Tebogo Sebogo appeared to edge it, vigorously defending his often maligned leadership.

The first-ever live debate provided football fans with the opportunity to evaluate the three, who included the two challengers, Maclean Letshwiti and Solomon Mantswe.

The campaigns have been fast gaining traction and on Saturday, both Letshwiti and Mantswe threw jabs at Sebego, but the incumbent will feel he covered his face well.
