But the one million dollar question is: Why was the money left in an insecure office and not deposited at the bank? Apparently the office, which was allegedly broken into, does not have burglar bars.

Secondly, why did the alleged thieves only break into the office where the money was kept and not into the other offices?  Thirdly, why is it that Premier League employees did not take any precautions because this was not the first break-in? The police said the burglary was not discovered until late in the afternoon the following day because the owner of the office was not on duty.
