BDF IV (in red and green) intend to win the title this season

BDF VI are aiming for this season’s Mascom Volleyball League title as they invade Serowe for a tie against Tanian tomorrow. The army side are sitting in position two with 44 points, five behind log leaders, Police VI. Kutlwano are currently in position three with 40 points.

BDF coach, Selebatso Mabutho said they intend to win all their remaining games. “We normally provide players with counselling before any match as a way of avoiding mistakes. Our camp has been hit by injuries, but the squad that is travelling to Serowe is ready to compete,” he said. Tanian have accumulated only 20 points and rooted at the bottom of the log standings.

“Our aim is to win the league and we have strong squad that can make us achieve that dream. We recruited a new setter at the beginning of the season and he is settling well in the team. With more game time, he will be able to gel with the rest of the team,” he said.
