BCA launches volunteer initiative in Kweneng

The Botswana Cricket Association(BCA) has launched an initiative meant to ensure volunteers play a key role in the development of the game.

BCA development officer, Obert Musiyamhanje said the volunteer initiative was launched in Shadishadi and Sojwe in the Kweneng district recently. Teachers in these villages will benefit from the presence of the volunteers.  Additionally, volunteers will attend cricket courses such as umpiring, introduction to cricket and HIV/AIDS awareness programme.

The volonteers are Tsholofelo Sephiri, Kemmonye Gaseitsiwe, Ponatshego Garemoitse, Gosego Sandy Gaelebalwe and William Otukile.
