BBA takes charge of FIBA 3x3 team

Botswana Basketball Association (BBA) will take charge of the FIBA 3x3 champions, Blue Bloods as they prepare for the African Championship qualifiers in Durban later this year.

BBA will take over all the logistics from local tournament promoter, Hoop City after Federation of International Basketball Associations (FIBA) announced that associations should take charge of teams that will take part in the qualifiers.

The move comes after BBA had refused to endorse the local Hoop City 3x3 tournament at the early stages this year.
