Angola loses CUCSA hosting rights

The Confederation of University and College Sport Association (CUCSA) has revoked Angola’s CUCSA 2018 Games hosting rights.

Angola was awarded the hosting rights four years ago, but kept the CUCSA executive committee in the dark as they could not commit to hosting the next year’s spectacle.

Botswana Tertiary Student Sport Association (BOTESSA) public relations officer, Duncan Segabo told Mmegi Sport yesterday that Angola failed to attend the weekend CUCSA assembly held in Gaborone without explanation.
