Can someone help us with accessing molapo crossing?

Which genius thought up this latest disaster?
The road from Btv circle to the new traffic lights at Molapo Crossing does not have an entrance into Molapo Crossing when you are travelling towards the said lights.

Now, the one question on my mind, is why? Does the Roads department have it in for the owners/landlords/tenants of Molapo Crossing?  How exactly do they expect the huge volume of traffic travelling in that direction to access Molapo Crossing for that most important activity, their evening grocery shopping!
