Yoga diminishes health problems

FRANCISTOWN: The High Commissioner of India, Ketan Shukla said that apart from spiritual goals, the physical postures of yoga are used to alleviate health problems and reduce stress.

He said this recently when celebrating the International Day of Yoga with a horde of people in Francistown, at Adansonia Hotel.

Shukla described yoga as a physical, mental and spiritual practice or discipline, which originated in India.
